These dogs can be seen at Southeastern Correctional Institution in Lancaster, preferrably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please call for an appointment: 740-653-4324, extension 2757.Our Adoption Process... The fee for adopting for one of our dogs currently housed in the prison dog training program at Southeastern Correctional Institution in Lancaster, is $150. The dogs are spayed/neutered, housebroken and trained in basic obedience. An application must be filled out and approved, and the fee must be paid before the dog is released.
