Position Summary

We are a fast growing technology company that is an innovator in loyalty and affinity programs. We are looking for experienced, talented developers to help us meet the overwhelming demand for our platform.

Summary
The POS developer will be responsible for participating in the design, development and implementation of the solution.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ year’s software development experience preferably within an Agile-like development environment
• Experienced in C++/C, Ruby/Rails, Perl/scripting, multithreading, socket programming, OO design, and troubleshooting in Linux environment
• Experience developing with POS Software systems or third party add-on applications (e.g. IBM, Retalix, NCR, Gilbarco, VeriFone, Radiant, Micros, etc.)
• At ease in a Linux/Unix development and build environment.
• Candidate will have a strong understanding of systems architectures and design concepts for high transaction volume applications.
• Full development life cycle - Hands-on through design, implementation, integration, and testing phases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to perform analysis and planning for deployment, including failure/recoveries; capacity/performance considerations and verification.

Pluses:
• Windows development experience.
• Experience with QT cross-platform framework.
• Linux system administration capabilities.
