Rate :- $40/Hr On W2

Job Description :-

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
Oversees all aspects of projects.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
May require a bachelor's degree and at least 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
This position will perform the Project Management function for the refinement of the technology infrastructure and support.

The position requires the following skills and competencies :-
Independently Facilitate discussions to define work breakdown structures, estimate work effort and resource load project plans utilizing Microsoft Project
Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Independently facilitate discussions to resolve complicated cross-team issues
Independently track progress on team activities and direct corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule
Independently measure progress and report results to project leadership
Prepares project plans, including project scope and objectives, scope definition, deliverables, and project schedules, defines project activities and estimates effort to meet project goals and objectives.
Working with PepsiCo Senior Management and dispersed team members
Tracks requested project changes
Tracks and monitors issues and risks for prompt resolution
Schedules and facilitates meetings to communicate the status of projects to Senior Management, management and team members.

Required Qualifications :-

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Management Role that delivered successful IT projects across the entire Project Management Lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Executing/Controlling, and Closure).
Complete understanding of project management tools, procedures and overall full life cycle project management.
Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure environment
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with all levels of employees and management; must work well with people and have demonstrated ability to lead team members without direct authority
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (People, Process, Information, and Technology) and the Project Management Lifecycle
Experience managing Information Technology infrastructure and software projects.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Project software (at least 3-years of experience)
PMP certification highly desirable.
