Job Description :-

Senior Project Manager (PMP) PMO.
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for overall project administration, managing and maintaining project timelines and project plans.
The project manager will also be required to conduct and complete various analysis functions as required of the project or initiative.
Responsible for overall project administration, maintaining project status reports and providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Assist in scope definition for potential projects
Design, complete, and manage formal project plans
Complete process flows, process documentation, and other documentation as required.
Maintains, documents, and communicates project status to all management levels.
Create and/or assist in the content compilation and creation of management presentations
Works closely with the Director, CLM and business and technical owners to determine and document technology execution timelines.


Skills :-

7+ years work related experience including; mortgage exp (is a must), PMO exp is a plus, PMP Cert desired, business analysis, project management, or participating on program initiatives.
Understanding of Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Project Management, Category Management and knowledge of general accounting practices desired.
Proven Project Management Skills
Demonstrated on-time delivery of analysis projects.
Ability to recognize strategic direction and effectively champion data and business support initiatives.
Ability to develop metrics, methods, and data which drive results across the team and provide linkage to corporate objectives.
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Strong MS Application Suite experience, including Visio and MS Project
Prior experience with Business Objects, or other reporting software a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
