Our rehabilitation team consists of physical, speech and occupational therapists to meet the health care needs of our residents. They provide in-house therapy in a spacious and dedicated rehabilitation area and private outside courtyard. Patient rooms are spacious with electric beds, personal cable television and bedside telephones.

Job Summary

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Plans and administers prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients/residents to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury.
