Water
We drilled a well to 640ft two years ago. The well pumped GREAT for nearly a year then failed. The well/pump experts have been out a few times and are not sure what went wrong. A new well needs to be drilled. Use a different well driller and you won't have a problem, we did not know the right questions to ask when we had it drilled. The well must be lined to prevent this from happening again.
All the supporting systems are in place and work great...pressure tank and control systems, water well control system, whole system filter, water softener (needs to be hooked back up), etc.
Currently having water delivered.
A gray water re-use tank is set up to re-use clothes washer water for the garden.
