There are two bikes in the double garage. Pack the picnic basket and take them for a ride or go for a stroll thru Horseshoe Bend Park. Walk down to the Marina and check out their indoor aquarium. Sit and watch the water! Use our fire pit to roast hotdogs or marshmallows. Hear how still it is! Watch the sunset! See the stars! Breathe the clean air! Feel the seclusion!

Cute Little Cottage
The purpose of Cute Little Cottage is to provide a short-term home for families coming here. It is child and pet friendly with amenities to make your stay memorable.

Cute Little Cottage has two bedrooms with a Queen bed and two twin beds. Each bed has reading lamps on the headboards plus the table lamps. The closets are small walk-ins with floor to ceiling shelf units. There are also dressers with chairs in each room.

The bath has a tub with shower and a bowed floor to ceiling curtain. The full vanity provides abundant storage as does the cabinet above the toilet and the separate cabinet for soiled laundry.

You will enjoy cooking in the real kitchen with full sized appliances. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and electric range. The table located in the dining area, seats four. There are also oak table trays. All dishes, tableware, pans, cooking utensils, and coffee pot are provided.

The large capacity washer has overhead cabinets. The dryer has a hanging rod and shelf with laundry basket.

In the living room, the fireplace has instant on gas logs with a full oak mantel. The abundance of natural light here is so pleasing during the winter months. The patio doors open to the side deck, which leads to the front covered deck. Relax and sit in the huge rockers.

All rooms have ceiling fans, and wood plank-tile floors. Board games and books are on the hall shelves. There are mountain bikes in the garage and a basketball goal outside. There is also a play area, plus all of Horseshoe Bend is our private play area during the winter!

I believe pets are an important part of our families. I try to provide accommodation for them whenever possible. I provide a small fenced in yard. This is a true family location.

The structure of the rental rates allows you to choose the length of your stay with the savings being greater with longer contracts. This rate is for the extended stay of 6 months with water, sewer, trash, cable, and high-speed internet paid. We will discuss your needs and tailor a plan specifically for you.
