Would you buy your cousin a $5.00 Vanilla Latte with Caramel Apple Spice, hold the cream for her boyfriend’s telephone number?

Well, if you answered yes to any or all of the above examples, than what you are saying is that you would be willing to spend $5.00 for a cup of coffee to get a shot at earning a few thousand dollars…and would be smart to do so. You see? Remember, you must offer motivated sellers and buyers something of greater perceived value than there fears and doubts in order to get them motivated to take action to do business with you. They will instantly be motivated to give you listing presentations, referrals of friends and family members and buyer representation agreements if your offerings are low risk, non-threatening and have a high perceive value.
