I am the owner of a very up and coming entertainment and event management company specializing in weddings, corporate events and night club DJ entertainment.
The expansion of our business has been overwhelming and we need an Operations Manager to assist the daily operations. 80% of your time will be in an office environment, the other 20% will be on site at networking events, trade shows and performance gigs. You must have excellent phone skills. You must be comfortable and confident on the phone talking with clients and vendors. You must have a professional appearance and have business professional attire when we are at trade shows together. Your sales experience will come in handy during a variety of circumstances in the field, but also in the office on the phone. I will be looking to you for feedback and strategy suggestions on various scenarios so I encourage those who have an entrepreneurial mindset. I need you to be highly motivated, detailed and confident. Most importantly... We are a fast growing company so I am truly looking for a long-term type of individual that has the patience and the desire to help our company grow into the powerhouse that its becoming.
At this time, we are excepting resumes and references. We will be interviewing for 2 weeks and make a decision by Friday, November 13.
$10/hour first month paid training + incentive/bonuses (Avg $15-20/hour)
Tuesday - Thursday 11am-5pm
2 month performance review and pay raise after new year
$12/hour + incentive bonuses (Avg. $20-25/hour)
Monday - Friday 12pm-5pm
