Description This position leads and coordinates the service teams at the facility (planning, quality, plant maintenance and engineering) for the purposes of achieving and continuously improving upon superior HSSE ( No Accidents, No Harm to People, No Damage to the Environment) and customer service for the Warminster plant. This position provides technical expertise and support to the operating departments within the Warminster Operation as required, in the areas of HSSE, engineering (studies, project management and execution, technical standards, regulatory requirements and policy/ procedure development), planning, quality and maintenance systems (MAXIMO, PM's, maintenance effectiveness metrics). Further, this position will participate in technical networks within GSC. The incumbent is the single point of accountability for developing sustainable engineering, quality, planning and maintenance programs that will deliver against HSSE policies while meeting customer expectations at optimal costs. The position will provide technical support for all positions pertaining to manufacturing and will be an integral person in on going efforts to enhance the plants processes and systems. Experience in• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. •current employer. A minimum of 8•mechanical, electrical, chemical and/or safety engineering. A minimum of 5 years of project management•years of practical work experience. Superior• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. •experience. Experience managing•leadership skills and associated behavioral attributes. Experience managing planning operations (MRP, JDE, etc.)•quality/ISO systems.
