I do have a medium sized dog (well behaved) but am not interested in having additional animals in the house unless possibly in a cage. Room is roughly 10'x10' with a walk-in closet that is 5'x3'. Parking is street parking only. Washer & dryer in unit. Rent is $500 per month due on the 1st with $450 deposit due prior to moving in. Utilities are split 3 ways (comes to an average of $100-$150 per month). Room is available now!
This is at 125th St and 26th Ave NE in Seattle. Right off of Lake City, there is a ton of stuff in walking distance not to mention it's easy to get just about anywhere via personal car or bus.
