I don't have any pictures of the room, but its plain white with blinds, tan carpet with no tears or spots. There is a cable hook up in this room. The room looks the same as all apartment townhouses on Treasure Island depending on how they are kept up. They all pretty much have the same floor plans. This room is 12ft X 10ft with a bigger closet and there's plenty of residential parking if you have a car.

We're all busy bodies here and down to earth, so as soon as we find someone that's pretty much the same along with being responsible and compatible, we'd like to have them set with 1st months rent & deposit to move in on the 1st, so we don't have worry about finding someone.
