I need to sublease my room for the spring semester of 2010 (Jan.-July). I have a very spacious room and a double door closet in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse on Pineview Drive. There are three roommates and two dogs, all are very friendly, neat, and considerate. Utilities are not included but they average around $50-$60 per month (Electricity, water, cable, internet, trash, and recycling). Pineview is a great location! It is approximately three miles from UGA campus. It is right off of Milledge Ave. (at the loop) so it is close enough to the excitement if you like parties, but it is far enough away if you perfer a quiet lifestyle.
