Plus, you could move in from the end of December (after Dec,24th), and start to pay rent from the beginning of January,2010.
In May 2010, you will choose to renew the contract if you are interested. The landlord is a very nice Chinese lady, and has had many Chinese students as her tenants in local area. The room has been cleaned recently and is in good condition. Cleanness will be done again before you move in.

Also, the current tenant of the room will leave the heater, rick cooker, fan, water kettle and other stuff for you (all these are free!!!).
So it is a very good deal for new comers or someone who just want to move into a place where it has everything he needs for living.
In other words, you just move in and don't need to buy anything. It has got all stuff you need.
