Our space reflects the energy and spirit of the neighborhood where we are located -- there are no cramped cubicles or annoying salesmen here. Instead, you get a modern, open layout with lots of windows and a great group of diverse businesses, journalists and freelancers.

Suite 200 is a productive, affordable alternative to the home office, and an appealing, professional meeting space for clients and colleagues. We offer private offices for uninterrupted work as well as shared space for co-working and business networking. Our office space is fully furnished and all monthly agreements include internet, use of the conference room, fax, scanning, copying and phone access, as well as printing and basic office supplies. We know that small businesses require flexibility and therefore we're happy to offer month-to-month and part-time arrangements, as well as full-time and longer term options.

Our office space is available on a first-come, first-served basis so please don’t hesitate to give us a call to see if we have a space that fits your needs. If you want to test drive the space, just come on by with your laptop and meet the group. We'll even share our coffee!
We currently have the following options available:

Full-time Desks in our Shared Spaces -- $600/month
Our large shared space measures 22.5 ft by 14 ft and looks out on our rooftop deck. This space has high ceilings and filled with natural light from three large windows. Storage is everywhere so don't worry about room for your files - there's more than enough space to go around. This option is particularly ideal for freelancers, or if there's more than one person in your company, we can offer group deals on desk rentals. All full-time tenants have 24/7 access.

Part-time Desks in our Shared Spaces -- $300/month
If you only plan to come into the office a few times a week and don't need a permanent space, a part-time desk could be your best bet. Part-timers have access during normal business hours (9am-6pm) and can set up at any open desk. Part-time tenants receive the same basic perks as full-time tenants but can't claim a desk as their own.

Large Private Office -- $2,000/month
Clearly the best room at Suite 200, our large office measures 15 ft by 12 ft with two large windows overlooking our rooftop deck. The space can be customized to fit a small company of 2-4 people and is great for a start-up or growing business. If you need more space, you can expand out into the adjoining common space or set up your own private reception area. The office is currently set up with modern glass desks, built-in storage units and two standing glass bookshelves.
