Our rehabilitation team consists of physical, speech and occupational therapists to meet the health care needs of our residents. They provide in-house therapy in a spacious and dedicated rehabilitation area. Our rehabilitation department focuses on recovery from cardiac, orthopedic, stroke and other neurological injuries and is designed to help patients transition from hospital to home and to the community. A physiatrist consults with patients' physicians and provides medical direction and support.

Job Summary

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Plans and administers prescribed occupational therapy treatment program for patients/residents to facilitate rehabilitation following illness, disease, or injury.
