Hi
I am a Grad student in Lasell, Newton.I am from Turkey, Istanbul. Last year, I came to Simmons College Fenway as an exchange student and then I decided to make my master degree here cause I love Boston.
I am 24, going to be 25 this November female. I do not smoke, do not do parties in the house, do not have any pets and clean. I know my responsibilities and I l want to feel comfortable in my own room!
Now I am living in Newton, near Eliot station but I am not comfortable in my house. There are dogs and my landlord is so strict that she does not accept any of my friends on the house even do not let them to stop by! So I am looking for a room or studio everything included(furnished for sure!). Electricity, water, internet .TV preferably. I am paying $600 at the beginning of the month (not a lease)now with everything included house. My price range is $500-700.If it is studio I can consider $750. I am looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months if I like it.I can move on Nov 1.
The most important thing for me is T. I do not have a car and I am looking for a place near green line T. At least it needs to be walking distance.
