I graduated this summer, so I need to move to be closer to my job. I am looking for someone to lease my room in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Rent is $300 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities. The landlord does require a $300.00 deposit and if having pets, a $250.00 pet deposit, but I could probably work with you on this if it will be a problem for you.Located about 5 minutes from campus.
