We're looking for a 3rd roommate to fill in the spot of our roommate that is moving out this month. You will have your own room but you will share a bathroom with one of the roommates. We're two guys, but a very chill group and we are mindful of each others personal space. We do have two dogs, but they are outside dogs and do not live in the house. We have cable internet, TV, water, electric for our utility bills, which is not included with the rent. The rent has never been over 440 including utilities. For the right person they can move in asap!
