The apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance from campus.Rent is actually $487.50 (but facebook won't let me post that price) Rent includes hot water, heat, sewer etc. All we pay now is electric and cable/ internet and it is are typically fairly reasonable.Total cost per month is just over $500. Preferably seeking a female student, but others may inquire.
