My house is a 1400 sqft house containing 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, future study room, a dinning room, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and an above ground pool. I am a Winthrop Student, and I will be living in the master bedroom with my two dogs, I currentlyhave 1 bedrooms available for rent. The house is a little over 1 mile from WU campus and will come furnished. The monthly rent will be $350 including utilities, cable and internet, but if you pay for months in advance you will recieve a 10% discount. I have no preference for roomates by sex, religion, or race, however this is a house for serious college students, NOT a party house! There is normally a $200 security deposit but if you sign a lease and move in before October 25 Ii will wave this fee. Pets are also welcomed but there is a $150 pet deposit.
