Our office needs someone who is friendly and treats others with respect and someone who can handle any situation with composure. Do you enjoy working with people, spending time on the telephone helping people. Need help with customer inquiries. You would be making simple appointments for our Company and be entering our clients info into the computer. Proper phone and email etiquette required. Conduct health interviews, over the telephone, with applicants. Document all calls clearly and concisely and complete follow-up work. Generate appropriate written correspondence. Have a caring, compassionate attitude, in particular with elderly population. Provide excellent customer service through proper phone protocol in a professional manner.
