Hi My name Kelly im a 23 year old female, I live in the Orpheum Tower Apartments, located on 16th and Harney, I live on the 12th floor faceing north, The windown is amazing it has the big Firstnational and the Woodmen building. I added a picture I took from my cell phone a coulpe weeks ago. The rent is 412.50 and that is just rent. We only have two bills, OPPD and Cox cable/internet. Cable runs about 86 bucks and OPPD depends on how much we use. It the highest in the summer due to AC use. But its very affortable. I also have a cat named Norm that will be living with us. There is parking you can pay for 75 for uncovered and 85 for covered parking a month. I have covered parking and I love it. The building is very secure, you have to have a fob to even get into the building. If this is something that works out for you the office has an application fee of 40 dollars. this would need to be done ASAP!! I need someone to move in OCTOBER 30!! Rent would be due on November 5th. I know the move in date is so fast but I had someone lined up and then they decided they wanted to only sign for 6th months, Im looking for a year. I dont want the hassel of going threw this process again.
