Are you or anyone you know looking to move out and need somewhere to stay before the holidays?
We are three mid-twenties people in need of a fourth person for our rental house...and we need someone ASAP!

******NO RENT UNTIL DEC! A $100 DEPOSIT GETS YOU MOVED IN NOW!******

There are two girls and one guy....we all work and would prefer another college-aged person (male or female) who is employed or has steady income.
The house is a 4-bedroom, 2 full bath WITH garage, yard, and washer and dryer...located in Vienna Woods in Canton South. Cost will be rent plus utilities...rent itself is 167 per person.
Utilities include electric, gas, basic tv cable and internet, trash, sewer, and water, all split equally. (Trash, sewer and water is through Canton city, and is only paid every few months.)
All together, rent plus utilities averages out to around $200 each/month.
Interested parties should know WE ALSO HAVE TWO CATS AND PETS ARE OK...but a separate deposit and monthly charge is added on and certain restrictions do exist.
We had a fourth person move out and we are in need of filling their room IMMEDIATELY!
Rent will not be due until December 1st...and a $100 deposit (refundable, dependent upon leaving house) will get you in NOW!
