Need 2 roommates in January Close to campus/Downtown
I have a 4 bedroom house of which 2 of the roommates are moving out end of December. So we need 2 people start as of January till when our lease is up end of July.

THE HOUSE:
On East Summit St between Water towers and Rt 43. About a 5 min walk to Campus 5-10 min walk to downtown.
House use to be a duplex but current landlord turned it back into a full house. The 2 bedrooms upstairs is what will be rented out. Upstairs has its own kitchen(minus a stove), full bathroom and its own living room, but obviously you will be sharing the whole house.
Rent is $275 a month plus 1/4th utilities (Water, Electric, Gas, cable )
Wireless internet.
Plenty of parking
1st month Last month and Security deposit is required

About Us:
So its my brother and myself still living there after January. He is 22 a Senior majoring in Computer Something and I am 25 a Grad Student in the MBA program. He works about 20 hours a week I have a full time job. We are both really easy to get along with
We usually have 1 party a month but other than that are not huge partiers. We both have weekends off and will sometimes have few friends over to cookout or play video games or hangout. If you like motorcycles, Halo, Foosball, Volleyball you will get along with us fine.

This wont be your first place on your own.

Somewhat organized- my theory is you can be as messy as you want but leave it in your own room and not into common areas
