This is an entrepreneurial role in which you lead the recruiting efforts for your client’s positions. We provide you the business platform, resources, tools, and support to help you grow your business and achieve your personal goals. This is not a job - you will be building your own business under our corporate structure. The Account Developer/Recruiter Professional must have experience developing leads and calling on accounts as well as working with hiring managers to recruit for job requisitions.

As the full desk Recruiter for USA Green Jobs Now.Org you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, selling customer opportunities, screening, and submitting candidates to clients. The AD/Recruiter will have the opportunity to market direct hire as well as contract assignment services. They will have access to the Monster job board and resumes, an established applicant tracking system, rich contact database, job postings, administrative support for references, posting jobs and on-demand sourcing. They will have numerous resources to help market and build there business as well as researchers and sources to generate candidate names and contact information for searches. They will be linked in to our corporate phone and email systems. But most importantly, they will receive proven business guidance, training opportunities and the credibility and resources of a reputable National Organization.

Requirements:
3 - 6 years experience with recruiting; either agency or corporate
Track record of high-volume/high-growth recruitment environments
Successful history of producing leads and converting them to new accounts
Excellent communication, technical and phone skills
Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency, and success
Strong coaching and negotiation skills
Proactive characteristics and proven ability to remain diligent on searches
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks at the same time
Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions.
Must have the ability to provide three customers (internal or external), candidate & leadership references
Specialty (specific focus) recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
Past experience working virtually from a home office preferred, but not required.
Active client/prospect base with ongoing business relationships preferred
Modern Home office with Windows based PC and High-speed Internet
BS Degree preferred Commission Driven $40k-$150k+ total compensation – Recruiter will work as a 1099.
