Loan Modifications:
All three opportunities are geared toward experienced mortgage industry professionals who have a source of leads such as: a book of business, customer network &/or a source of turn downs, are Nationwide and 100% Compliant – AND with all options the client you source retains the services of an ATTORNEY – ensuring a more meaningful loan modification.

Option A is geared toward individuals that prefer to maintain the customer service themselves, requires the most amount of effort and generates the most income. Option B is geared toward individuals that wish to collect only a couple of documents and then pass the file on, it pays a little less per file than Option A. Option C is straight referral, hand over the contact information and collect your income if the client retains the attorney, least amount of effort and least amount of income (still several hundred per file).

Loan Modification – Option A
• You would be an Independent Contractor working directly with a law group
• Your client retains the attorney directly
• Responsibilities include:
** Source clients
** Complete application, financial work sheet, submit for pre-approval
** Gather all documents, Submit a complete package to the law group.
• The law group handles all the lender contact & updates
• Compensation is paid by the law group – Affiliates are paid twice monthly.

Loan Modification – Option B
• You would be an Independent Contractor working directly with the underwriter used by
SEVERAL attorney groups.
• Client will be retaining a lawyer within the law group associated with the underwriter
• Responsibilities include:
** Source Clients
** Complete application, financial work sheet and get a mortgage statement, Set price based off a tiered platform provided
** Submit to underwriting firm
o *Underwriter handles the client counseling, documentation gathering, retainer agreement,
updating account manager until file is closed.
*Compensation is paid by the underwriter – Affiliates are paid weekly.

Loan Modification – Option C
o *You would be an Independent Contractor working directly with the underwriter used by
o SEVERAL attorney groups.
o *Client will be retaining a lawyer within the law group associated with the underwriter
o *Responsibilities include:
**Source Clients: Collect contact information – pass to underwriter
*Compensation is paid by the underwriter – Affiliates are paid weekly.
