Job Descriptions:
Administrative tasks- Retrieve information from Medi Tech, knowledge of EMR, including filing, scanning, and sorting.
Greet and assist patients.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Answer, screen, route, and respond to patient phone calls.
Order tests and supplies.
Prepare and complete charts for evaluation. File and maintain records, both electronically
and manually as needed.
Clinical duties-
Prepare patients for exam and treatment.
Obtain brief pt history and vital signs. EKGs and holter monitors.
