Master Social Worker - PRN needed for our new Woodsfield Hospice location.
Responsible for assisting and counseling clients and families with financial, social and emotional concerns under the direction of the Social Worker Coordinator. Responsible for effective intake, education and coordination of home health services and all ancillary medical services in the community and between the referring source and the agency.
