We are renting out the master bedroom for $450 a month, that includes the water and utilities. There is a pool, washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. There are 3 of us already(2 males and 1 female.) We have 2 dogs as it is, if you have a pet please let us know what kind and their age. Very laid back group, the guys are mechanics/fabricators, all are car lovers. The female is in the spa industry and for the most part we are usually at work. Okay with drinking and smoking.
