Area Manager TPC (Thomas Processing Company) and TSS (Thomas Steel Strip) Annealing Departments
• TPC / TSS Duties – Payroll - Maintenance – Scheduling – Forecasting - Processing – Warehousing – Departmental Accounting and Labor Cost – Supervising hourly work force – Production quotas – R&D (Research and Development) – Purchasing - Record Management and DuPont STOP and Risk Assessment Safety Programs.
Facility Maintenance Coordinator, Construction / Machining
• Construction Shop - Oversee facility construction shops which includes; Carpenter Shop, Paint Shop, Bricklayer, Plant Sanitation, Roads and Grounds, Pest control and underground utilities.

Structural Department / Welding Department / Crane Repair Department / Carpenter Shops / NDT (Non Destructive Testing) / and Plant Bulk Oil Storage Facility.
• Structural Department; oversee all areas of fabrication, while working with engineering and maintenance facilities. Responsible for all WPS (welding procedure specifications) PQR (performance qualification records) Implement welding certifications test and records. Personally certified A.W.S. D1.1 Vertical / Overhead positions in A-36, A-104, A-516 / A.S.M.E. Section # 9 on Carbon Steels, A-204 and Inconel Steel A-601.

• Carpenter Shop; Dispatch carpenters and maintains operating levels of material and tooling.
• NDT; (Non Destructive Testing) Perform and work with outside contractors in all facets of inspections encompassing cranes, buildings, fabrications, weldaments, furnaces, lifting devices and molten steel ladles. Maintain all records of inspections for audit inspections.
• Bulk Oil Storage Facility Manager; Maintain all operating levels of various lubricants needed to operate a steel plant and mobile equipment.

• Responsible to plan, schedule and supervise work assignments of ingot mold repair personal; offer technical guidance in welding and metal resurfacing operations; coordinate work schedules with host mill and conduct on the job training.
