The Manager of Technical Innovation will create and develop technology critical to new product innovation and development. This individual will identify necessary internal / external competencies required to execute and work closely with the necessary functional areas such as sales, supply chain and engineering and will serve as technology assessor for new business development opportunities. Interface with marketing, product management and product engineering team to understand technology gaps and develop action plan to assess

Requirements:

Master's degree in engineering or technology

5-7 years engineering experience in new product development

3-5 years experience developing consumer (durable) products

Experience with patent licensing and IP research
