Our Puppies are our pride and joy. We consider raising our little Maltese both a privilege and an honor. We truly enjoy being able to bless others with wonderful Maltese companions. Our goal is to improve the breed and we do our best to ensure that the puppies we sell are true to the Maltese standard, which by nature is healthy and sound. We want all our Maltese to be excellent representatives of the breed. We do not sell to pet shops but only to individuals and families who will give these sweethearts a loving, caring home.
Our puppies begin life with, what we feel is, extraordinary tender loving care. They are under constant supervision in the warmth and security of our home and get to know our veterinarian very well. They have their first vet visit at three days for an exam and dew-claw removal. They are back at three weeks for a parvo vaccination and other physical exam. As if that isn't enough, they return at six weeks to begin their puppy shots and continue those as scheduled before going to their new homes at 8-12 weeks.
Our little Maltese are carefully socialized to people, travel, grooming, and house training. They are used to lots of cuddling, petting, and play and are very much in love with people by the time they leave. We wean them to solid food by six weeks and then allow them another several weeks before we let them go. We want to be sure they will do well away from their mothers.
Our puppies come to you complete with their veterinarian health record, registration papers, a blanket that smells like "home," and bag of food they have been eating. We also make sure that new families can contact us with any concerns and encourage immediate vet visits to verify the health of their new puppies.
We are pleased to stay in contact with many of our puppy families and enjoy receiving updates and pictures.
