World Vibe Boot Camp Fitness workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells, barbells, tractor tires, sprints and sled training. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, group challenges, shadow boxing, kickboxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, running drills, ab circuits, and cardio & strength circuits!Starts November 2nd and runs through the month of November Mon.-Thurs. 5:30 a.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.
