Two roommates needed for a three bedroom house near CSU Campus. Lease will start in January, but one room might be available in December if needed. Lease goes until end of July. The room available in December is $385 per month plus utilities, the other room is $365 per month plus utilities. They share a bathroom with tub/shower. The house is already fully furnished. It also has washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are being advertised as fully furnished since we both will be studying abroad second semester, this includes desks and dressers. The only items that won’t be available are beds. If you have your own furniture then we will leave the rooms empty. The roommate staying is looking for roommates that are fun, but know how to balance social life and school work.
