My girlfriend and I are going to have a baby in late February and will share a room with the baby. The third room is a music room with a recording studio with lots of musical instrument. A big plus if you are into music. I'm in bands and so is my girlfriend, it's our living. The Room is 10x12 with a closet and a single window. The whole house has up to date remodels including wood floors in the living room and hall ways, nice carpet in the bedrooms, new appliances in the kitchen, central air and heat. We do have a couple cats that are young and sweet. The house is really close to 680 on-ramp and close to stores.
