The apartment is located on the corner of Seerley and Olive St. It is only a block from campus. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt and it has hardwood floors. Includes a washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable and has off street parking. You would be living with 3 other girls, who are very clean, and would only be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl. Rent is $300 a month, plus utilities (gas, water and electric), which usually range from $15-$35 a month. No pets are allowed.
