We are a 3rd party transportation provider with over 40 years serving customers from coast to coast.We are currently looking to fill a position for a qualified account manager in our St. Louis branch office.
What We Are Seeking In a Candidate:
• Ability to increase revenue and market share
• 4 year degree
• truck brokerage experience or 3 plus years sales experience
• Self driven result oriented individual
• Persistence
• Good communication skills, both with customers and trucking companies
• Creative mindset – innovative thinker
• Ability to work autonomously
• An individual of high integrity and ethics; trustworthy
Responsibilities:
• Negotiate freight
• Contacting customers and prospects in order to develop sales
• Generate sales and consistently develop new leads while making sure current customer’s needs are taken care of
• Develop new trucking relationships
• Negotiate terms of sale in compliance with corporate policy
• Work well with existing clients and trucking companies
The position includes a competitive base salary against draw and a very lucrative quarterly bonus plan, realistic income $75, 000 to 150, 000 In addition we offer Health, Life, 401K and an employee stock ownership plan.
