The pics don't do the AX justice. Has little cosmetic blemishes like very slight pic scratches that can be easily buffed out.
There are very few of these available throughout the world and Gibson no longer makes them. MSRP was 2,995.00

This is a USED Gibson SG Supreme Electric Guitar with '57 Humbuckers has 24 easy-to-reach frets.

A maple top with stunning burst finish and a bound ebony fretboard featuring split-diamond inlays result in one of the sweetest-looking SGs ever.

Stadium-ready tone comes from the amazing '57 humbuckers that dictated a whole generation of rock 'n' roll sound. Alnico II magnets, vintage enamel-coated wire, nickel-plated pole pieces,
nickel slugs, maple spacers, and 2-conductor braided wiring make these true vintage heavyweights that dish out creamy clean tones, screaming sustain, and gravelly crunch. Gibson's classic wood
combination of maple-on-mahogany body with a mahogany set neck adds resonance and sustain. 1959 slim-tapered neck furnishes a fast feel. Solid body, Set neck, Grover Tuners, 24 frets, Ebony fretboard,

I"m sure that anyone who wants this would want to know why I"m selling it so here's the scoop:
I got wiped out in Katrina, lost everthing and a friend from California heard about it and bought me this instrument off Musicians friend for 2K.
Yea, woke up one morning and it was sitting on the front porch, brand new SG supreme! I am the first owner.

Last November I got wiped out again when my house burned to the ground and luckly the AX was not
there at the time of the fire. I"ts the only thing besides the clothes on my back that didn't get fried up including my car that was right outside the house.
Again not insured and FEMA didn't help me with Katrina's devestation so I knew it was a waste of time to contact them so I was back in the same craped up saddle again.

Both times the only help I got was from my friends and right now one of my best friends needs money to pay homage (a fine) to the Police or he will go to jail.
I owe him money from a loan he gave me awhile back to help me out so, there it is. "I don't want to sell it" but the AX can be replaced but my friends can't.
Besides, I'd be a real jerk if I didn't do this.

I invite anyone interested (that can afford it) to come by, check out and play this Guitar for themselves. Hand made in the US It's a incredable instrument.
