Solutions Platform

Description

The Lead Program Manager for the Information Solutions Platform is a highly-skilled, highlyvisible senior technologist responsible for managing the technology, strategy, and vision for

foundational development systems. This person is fully responsible for managing and

overseeing customer relations and prioritization amongst departments, organizations, and

senior councils -- interfacing at all organizational levels. The person incorporates the mission,

objectives, priorities, global and local operating issues, personnel, and organizational structures

associated with our systems into all decisions. This person participates with senior management

in strategic direction, including planning and analysis of business, process, and technology

improvement and acts as the technical lead for product managers, key stakeholders, architects,

and software and infrastructure engineering resources. This person oversees projects by

ensuring that the solution meets quality expectations in terms of functionality, timeline, cost,

architecture, and performance. The Lead Program manager for Information Solutions Platform

manages a team of technical program managers and support staff and is the primary contact

for all IT solutions for the portfolio.

Qualifications

;Must have substantial leadership experience in developing enterprise and foundational

development systems

;Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a

related field - Master's preferred

;Must have at least 12 years of experience in information technology

;Must have a thorough knowledge of development processes and methodology

;Must have: experience developing and delivering large enterprise systems; proven track

record managing customer relationships; excellent business analysis skills; experience

managing/leading senior technology personnel; relevant hands-on experience as a

software developer, systems engineer or solution architect; experience in project and

program management
