Rate :- $75/Hr On W2

Job Description :-

The Kronos WFTK Administrator will work in the IT Division and will be responsible for day to day maintenance, configuration changes, applying patches, upgrades and documentation of the Kronos WTFK application.
The Kronos WTFK Administrator will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and training to all Kronos users.

Experience needed in the following :-

Providing technical and functional support for Kronos WFTK and Teletime applications
Maintaining system configuration documentation
System troubleshooting
Resolving various helpdesk tickets as assigned
Provide end user training as needed
Escalation of support issues to Kronos technical support
Maintaining and configuring Kronos security
Testing application updates, enhancements and service packs prior to production deployment
Monitoring system performance
End of Pay Period processing
