URGENT requirement for an expert in Keys Punch and Fujitsu COBOL Programming for workstations.

We have a Data Entry application built in Keys Punch and Fujitsu COBOL, that needs minor changes to the formats & reports.
Expectations:
-- Study the existing application
-- Analyze change request document
-- Estimate time required for the changes & quote for the same

This is a one-time, project-based assignment. (The same application may need modifications from time-to-time, and we are willing to contract for the ongoing work based on the expertise & willingness of the consultant)
