As part of our continued growth we are currently seeking to hire additional Investment Consultants to strengthen the client facing capability and to play an active role in both the support of existing and development of potential new clients.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Assess, assist, and advise clients as they choose the services best suited for their needs. Your comfort with performance-driven incentives and a self-managed workload will be an important part of your success, as will your basic communications and presentations skills. Typical daily activities include proactive, business development calls to prospects and clients; presentation of solutions to clients and prospects through face-to-face meetings, tracking of your activities through our referral system, continuing to update your sales skills, and responding to leads generated through our supplemental business development efforts.

Requirements

-No experience necessary (training will be provided);
-Sales, marketing, finance background preferred but not required;
-Must be an outstanding communicator;
-Must present a professional appearance;
-Must have the flexibility to travel to clients and our other New Jersey locations;
-Must be willing to return emails and calls promptly;
-Must be willing to attend weekly meetings and be a mentor to other associates;
-Reliable transportation is required;
-Must set aside 6-10 hours a week for rigorous training;
-Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.);

Commissioned based only: $2,400-$3,200/month part time
Commissioned based only: $8,000-$12,000/month full time
