Rate :- 12/Hr On W2


Job Description :-

Primary responsibilities will be Customer Service based, spreadsheet management & processing as well as Data Entry processing.
Ordering Responsibilities: Enter all new service, upgrade and port orders in the online order system.
Troubleshoot any order issues and respond appropriately (order delays, backorders, address issues, FedEx issues, calling PAG for ports issues, etc).
Enter all laptop orders (new service and ports. Review remedy reports for errors, orders requiring clarification, rate/address/feature issues.
Make decisions when to escalate issues to maintain customer satisfaction when problems arise.
Reach out to end user in some instances for clarification.
Issue number transfer requests (new numbers.) Provide customer service to end users with warranty exchanges.
Provide customer service to end users with returns under 30 days through online order entry system.
Maintain small inventory for escalated immediate assignment of equipment for emergencies (Dell currently maintains small handset and SIM inventory for escalations)
Care Support & General Helpdesk responsibilities: Should have ability to make decisions to resolve customer problems without getting approval from direct manager for every situation.
Process all account maintenance requests (process changes through in data entry system) Provide end user education on use of other resources (POC, call ctrs, manufacturer websites, etc.) Handle subscriber maintenance changes (UDLS including badge number, wow number and equipment type) name changes, address changes (process changes through in data entry system).
Issue number transfer requests (new numbers.) Provide customer service to end users with warranty exchanges.
Provide customer service to end users with returns under 30 days through online order entry system.
Maintain small inventory for escalated immediate assignment of equipment for emergencies (Dell currently maintains small handset and SIM inventory for escalations)
Initiate cancels from WOW (Dell work order) spreadsheets (service manager to manage cancels from one offs and layoffs. Work assumptions from WOW spreadsheets IRU Component: handle IRU Events, marketing, promotions etc (Set up and break down of display material) Additional Support: Handle CRU Training Events- BB Tips and Tricks (Education and Manage Demos.)

1) Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate Required
2) Issue Resolution Intermediate Required
3) Troubleshooting Equipment Order Expert Required
4) Inventory Management Intermediate Required
