Interventional Cardiology - Texas Panhandle
Seeking a board certified or board eligible interventional cardiologist to establish practice near Amarillo, Texas.
Opportunity to establish solo practice and share call with one other cardiologist or affiliate with that physician in a joint practice.
There is an established patient base due to the recent departure of the prior interventionalist, and there is opportunity to grow the
practice significantly beyond what that physician had developed - strong community need for expanded cardiology services.
Excellent primary care base that is very supportive of local specialists. Very competitive recruitment package includes either employment
(through group practice affiliated with hospital) or income guarantee, as well as CME, relocation, sign-on bonus, medical education debt
repayment and/or monthly financial stipend if you are completing training.
This facility is a 115-bed Joint Commission accredited regional medical center, with a fully-staffed cath lab.
The hospital is expanding its cardiology service and establishing itself in the community and outlying areas as a regional center for cardiology care.
The hospital's service population is approximately 60,000. The facility is located aprroximatly 55 miles from Amarillo, Texas in the Panhandle.
