Appointment Coordinators – Automotive Customer Service
Full Time! Excellent Pay!

OVERVIEW
We are looking for someone that loves helping people. We specialize in financing people with bad credit and giving people second chances. We own our own finance company, so we decide who we want to help get into a vehicle. We will help just about anyone who can prove they have the income to pay for it.

EXPERIENCE
We provide you with on the job training. Previous experience in call centers, sales, customer service or as a receptionist as well as automotive knowledge would be helpful. Do you have prior related experience - perhaps in a call center or as an Automotive Service Advisor? We definitely want to speak with you as well!

REQUIREMENTS
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communications skills
• Professional and Articulate Phone Voice and Behavior and good follow-up ability
• Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer appointments - navigating within systems and updating information with a high degree of accuracy while assisting customer on the phone
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller
• Strong Work Ethic, self-motivated, results-oriented, team-player
• Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include...
• Answering incoming calls; explaining our program; getting customers approved
• Assisting car shoppers in booking appointments to visit our dealership to meet with a sales consultant
• Calling existing prospects to follow up with their internet and or telephone inquiries about purchasing a vehicle

COMPENSATION
All positions have competitive wages and incentive bonuses. The full time positions include benefits!
