The local leader in outsource Information Technology support solutions for the small- to mid-sized business is looking for a qualified Inside Sales associate.

Candidates are involved in heavy outbound call campaigns to qualify leads and to set appointments. The ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, quick-thinking and fearless.

Minimum requirements:
•Prior experience in a call center performing inside sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
•Polished and professional communication skills, including strong speaking and writing ability.
•Proven comfort with MS Office and using a customer relationship management system.
•Must be Internet savvy and comfortable with using the Web as a research tool.
•Must feel comfortable interacting with senior corporate executives.
•Must have a high standard of accountability and a desire to maintain a high level and quality of work output.
•Fun, energetic, positive, creative, and quick-thinking.

Compensation: $10/hour base hourly rate plus sizeable incentives
