The most successful applicants have:

•High School Diploma or GED
•Computer experience within a Windows operating system for documentation and processing.
•Familiarity with cell phone operation and function.
•Manual dexterity and attention to detail necessary for assembly of small components.
•The ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
•Reliable transportation and an excellent work history.
•Previous production, assembly, or electronic repair experience.

Three (3) positive references along with the ability to pass a 10 Panel Drug Screen and an extensive Background Investigation are also required.
