Hey all! I'm a recent college grad, which means I'm broke lol. So I'm looking for a female roommate for my 1 bedroom apt. A little about me: I'm 21, recent college grad and will be doing a service program while in Miami. Other than that, I'm outgoing and like to have fun. The living room where you would be sleeping is huge! You just have to provide your own sofa-bed. ( I am willing to negotiate the who gets the room because I need someone to share the space now) The apartment is spacious, in a nice gated neighborhood, has a Mom and Pop general store on the premises and public transportation is right outside the gates. The utilities included are water and trash. The space is available immediately. Public transportation is right outside the gates, there is a Target, Costco, and Publix (grocery store) all within a 5 minute walking distance of the apartment. There is also a mall nearby. By bus, I am 30 minutes from downtown Miami (depending on traffic). The neighborhood is quiet and very diverse. This a very pet friendly environment, especially dogs. FIU is minutes away by bus and car!

I am seeking a roommate who wants to have a good time and at the same time be able to chill and listen to music or watch a movie. The rent is $925.00 monthly, $463 I will pay and $462.00 for co-occupant,with $462.00 upon moving in. The lease ends 8/23/2010. No early out please.
