This is not your ordinary garage sale. We will have Art, Jewelry by a local artist, Quality furniture, Brand Name clothes, and refreshments for those early risers. My husband and I are moving out of the country and everything must go eventually. We are pairing up with other families in our neighborhood and will be centrally located. Located in Madison Pointe Apartments (2701 NW 23rd Blvd. Gainesville, FL 32605, google map it) and just follow the signs in from the front gate. NW 23rd intersects 13 st by Taco Bell. Take a left at Taco Bell if coming from the college and follow it down to Madison Pointe. We will be in the back in the town houses, but there will be tons of signs. See you there!!!
